This program was designed to build muscle and burn
calories at the same time. Following this routine along with a solid
nutrition plan, will have you sculpted and strong, giving you the look
most people desire to attain. This is a FIVE day, Upper body/Lower
body split along with ONE full body day per week. You will be hitting
each muscle group MULTIPLE times per week, keeping the muscle
building signal in your body high, while also having sufficient recovery
times between sessions to be able to perform at your best. This
program is tailored more toward the intermediate to advanced lifter, so
