BEGINNER CALISTHENICS
This program is designed for any person looking to get into calisthenics (also known as bodyweight training) and has no prior exercise or fitness experience. It is planned with the absolute beginner in mind, and suitable for any person looking to get stronger at bodyweight exercises in general. So now lets define “BEGINNER”. Beginner, when used in terms of classifying levels of bodyweight fitness, goes as follows:
PULL STRENGTH – ABLE TO PERFORM 0-5 REPS MAX PULL UPS
PUSHING STRENGTH- ABLE TO PERFORM 0-6 MAX DIPS
LEG STRENGTH – ABLE TO PERFORM 0-15 MAX BODYWEIGHT SQUATS
