PUSH – PULL – LEGS
Whats going on everybody and welcome to my body building program. This plan is to be utilized for any body that is looking to make tremendous strength and muscle gains. You must have access to weights for this program as it is based off of bodybuilding style compound lifting. We will work to get stronger in key exercises such as overhead press, squats, barbell benchpress and weighted pull ups and chin ups. This is a Push – Pull -Leg style plan that has you hitting each muscle group 2x perweek. The goal is progressive overload in the key movements toensure constant progress and gains.
