Description
So just like the title states, this is a GLUTE focused program. The goal of this program willbe to shape and add muscle to the Glutes as well as the entire lower body. This will be an entirely LOWER BODY program, so this is something that can be added onto your current training routine, because we should always be working on the entire body and not just one certain area. But if your focus is JUST to work the low body then this program is perfect for you.
The program will be a THREE DAY A WEEK training split.
You will need access to weights for this program.
