Hybrid Training – A mix of Calisthenics and traditional Strength Training. Now a days everybody thinks more is better. Many times that is true, but when it comes to building muscle that is often not the case. You see, if your goal is to get stronger, build muscle and change the way you look then proper programming and a handful of exercises is all you need. Progressive overload! Progressive overload is the key to all your fitness goals. This program, like most of my programs will be split up into THREE Phases of Training. Each Phase will last 4 weeks and will focus on one specific adaptation. We will focus on STRENGTH, HYPERTROPHY & MUSCULAR ENDURANCE! Focusing on one specific adaptation at a time allows the body to become as efficient as possible for that specific goal.
