Description
The Intermediate calisthenic program.This program is designed for anyone who has completed my beginner calisthenics program, or has a basic level of fitness. This routine is designed to help you increase your reps, your overall endurance with bodyweight exercises, and your overall strength.
Requirements needed for starting this program.
- 10+ bodyweight pull ups
- 15+ bodyweight dips
- 10+ bodyweight jump squats
- 25+ bodyweight pushups
- Please have access to resistance bands
- Please have access to added weight to use
This program is going to be 5 days a week, it will train multiple muscles groups per day, but it will NOT be a full body routine each day.Each muscle will still be hit 2-3x week allowing for maximal protein synthesis and sufficient recovery times.
