REQUIREMENTS NEEDED BEFORE JUMPING INTO THIS PLAN:
- 5 Bodyweight muscle ups (Clean Form)
- 15 bodyweight weight pulls (Clean Form)
- 10s free standing handstand hold
- 25 bodyweight dips (Clean Form)
- 40 Bodyweight Pushups (Clean Form)
ACCESSORIES NEEDED
- Dip belt (for weighted dips / pulls)
- Weight vest (if you choose to perform some movements with added weight)
- Resistance bands for your warm ups
- Jump rope
