My online training program specializes in bodyweight training, also known as “Calisthenics,” but can also include a blend of calisthenics and weight training based on your preferences. Each plan is tailored to your individual goals, equipment access, and schedule to ensure optimal results. With my guidance, you will become stronger, healthier, and more resilient. Communication and training will be done through text, WhatsApp, or Telegram, and each day’s workout will be sent to you in the morning or evening (depending on your location). You will also have access to my full video library for demonstration of exercises and form check. I will review any video recordings you send at the end of each workout, providing feedback to ensure proper execution of exercises. Results from personal training depend on starting fitness level, workout intensity, and adherence to the program. Expect to see improvements in strength, endurance, physical condition and body composition but set realistic goals. I will be working with you to tailor a program that suits your individual needs.
